Every house has a room that’s almost right. The layout works, the bones are fine, but something about it either isn’t working or doesn’t feel fully finished.

Fall Reset is built for that room. One design call, one curated shopping list, one day of on-site work, and the room is done before the holiday’s hit and your first guest walks in.

Who this is for

People who don’t need a full renovation, just one room pulled together with a real plan behind it. This sits between hiring a handyman and hiring a full designer. It’s for the room you’ve been meaning to fix for a year, not the whole house.

FAQ

What rooms qualify?

Any single room: living room, dining room, primary bedroom, entryway, laundry room, home office. If the space needs structural work or a layout change, we’ll flag that on the call and scope it separately.

How long does the whole process take?

The design call happens first, then we source the shopping list. Once your items arrive, we schedule the 4-hour on-site day. Most Fall Resets go from call to finished room in 2 to 3 weeks, depending on shipping.

Who covers the cost of furniture and decor?

Product costs are separate and covered by you, so you can buy exactly the pieces you want from our designer-selected sourcing list. We’ll help source from our trade accounts or regular retailers.

What if I need more than 4 hours?

This package comes with 4 hours of on-site help which can include anything from arranging furniture to hanging curtains and artwork, and styling the space. If you need more hands-on time, additional 4-hour blocks are available at $480 each.

Do I have to use the shopping list you provide?

The list is a starting point built for your space and your budget, but you don’t have to stick to it exactly. It includes all our recommended pieces for a designer space. If you don’t like a piece, we’ll suggest alternate options. You’re also welcome to swap in your own pieces if you find something you like in the process and we can help make recommendations for how to fit it into the overall design of the space.

How does budget work?

You give us a target budget for the room, and we design and source within it. No guessing what things cost after the fact, the plan is built around the number you give us from the start and our design fee is a flat fee.

Is this just design, or can you actually fix things too?

Both. We’re a design + build firm, so beyond the design work, we’re licensed & bonded contractors who can handle small fixes on the spot, patching drywall, minor repairs, the stuff that would otherwise need a separate call. If you want to go further, painting, small structural changes, we’ll price that out separately from the design fee so it’s all one cohesive plan instead of hiring three different people to manage.

Is this available outside NJ and Philadelphia?

Right now Fall Reset is only offered in our service area: New Jersey and the greater Philadelphia region.
